Donna Blandford has been training and coaching staff, consultants and customers for over 20 years. She is passionate about people
liking their jobs and always looking at how to make the workplace more profitable while ensuring satisfaction for each employee. Donna brings a talent for motivating sales and customer service staff.

· eLearning Developer & Editor –She can take an idea, an existing course, a book or a video and create a powerful, fun eLearning
course where the learner has control of the material and can quickly grasp concepts and learn the material.
· Website Design – Donna has created several websites including this one. Designing sites that best represent the ideas is one
of her strengths.
· Seminar & Training Development – With an ability to “get
into the world of other people,” Donna has developed numerous seminar programs. In one program, for example, Donna took a 2-hour
speech and turned it into a workshop with a 14-page workbook. The client then wanted to train others to lead the workshop so
Donna developed a training program with a 200-page manual. She co-led the first couple of trainings, teaching the client how
to train the new trainers. There are now 15+ trainers delivering this program across the United States.
· Project & Personal Coaching – With her background in development, she’s quite good at moving people through a project or assisting them when they become stuck in some phase of a project. She creates a “safe space” for people to discover their greatness.
· Communication Training – Donna designed our CAPS Behavioral Profile over 10 years ago to assist her clients in understanding how to be effective in communication with any type of people. We’ve used this profile with clients, individuals, youth groups, management teams, and training customer service with employees.
Her degree is in Geology and she has a diverse background with four careers
as a Business Consultant, a Career Management Professional, an Interior Designer and prior to that a Drilling Fluids Engineer in the
oilfield. She views business from three quite different perspectives as an engineer, an executive trainer and an entrepreneur. She has an entrepreneurial spirit with roots in a Fortune 100 company.
She enjoys traveling, camping, playing the guitar, exploring
architecture and crafts of all kinds. She’s also passionate about personal transformation and participates in courses by Landmark
Education.
