Millennials, the people born between 1982 and 2001, are one of Scott's biggest interest.
He's spent years understanding and working with employers, parents, teachers and Millennials as this generation is incorporated into
the adult population.
He wrote the book “Embracing the N.U.D.E. Model, The New Art & Science of Referral Marketing” where he explains why traditional
marketing is no longer as effective and how almost any business can more than triple referrals with little costs and minimal effort.

As a Behavioral Statistician and Social Network Analyst, he has spent years exploring the 4 R’s including Recruiting,
